This screened room addition was in a Multi-family housing community. While this job seemed to be a simple screened porch addition, it was in fact a project that required a proper license holder, specific building plans, and permits to insure the safety of the building’s inhabitants.
Unique Characteristics of Project
While our company’s focus is in the residential sector, we are a commercial license holder and can assist clients with jobs that may be too small for many of the large scaled commercial contracting firms. This job required special attention to fire codes, site safety and accessibility during the construction phase. Because this was a multi-family building, it was important that accessibility to the entire building be maintained as well as proper signage and warnings to ensure the public’s safety.
