Project Description
Removing a load bearing wall and expanding an 18-foot opening to connect the Kitchen and Living room was the primary objective on this project. Working in the Raleigh jurisdiction, we performed a variety of tasks such as installing new cabinets, hardwood floors, quartz and wood countertops, shiplap, and a tile backsplash. We also built a mudroom with occupancy sensors, to create a safe, hands free entry from the garage to the kitchen.
Unique Characteristics of Project
Beginning this project in October, we knew it would be a challenge to get this family back in their kitchen before Christmas. We believe it’s important to have the holiday season to relax and reflect on the passing year. That is why we wanted to deliver on the timing of this project. Thanks to a well-coordinated schedule, dependable subs, and no delays, we were able to execute this project with 1 month to spare before Christmas and give this family everything they had hoped for.
