Project Description

This whole home renovation featured a redesign of the kitchen, wet bar, laundry rooms, a master and two guest bathrooms, as well as the installation of new hardwoods, ceiling cosmetic work, and paint & sheetrock repairs throughout. We handled all facets of logistics, such as the relocation and storing of the homeowner’s belongings and restaging the home upon completion.

Unique Characteristics of Project

On a project of this magnitude homeowners typically move out due to the overall impact of the affected areas of construction. Because the project duration was projected to be so long, the homeowners didn’t want to be displaced for that amount of time. This required us separate the job into phases so that the homeowners could live in the house during construction. Maintaining the worksite for construction activities while maintaining satisfactory living conditions was challenging. By integrating the use air filtration systems, temporary partition walls, regular site clean-up, and continuous communication, we delivered our promise and an exceptional finished product.
