Project Description

This was an investment property that the company purchased and resold. The work performed involved removing the main living space’s walls to create an open floor plan. We were required to repair 60-70% percent of the home’s flooring structure due to severe deterioration. We installed all new cabinetry with granite tops, a tile backsplash, a stone fireplace surround, new master & guest bathrooms, hardwood flooring throughout, as well as new vinyl windows. We closed in a breezeway to create a sunroom, relocated the laundry room to create an oversized pantry and replaced the shutters, gutters, landscaping, and exterior paint.

Unique Characteristics of Project

This project was different because we made the design decisions based on what the budget would allow and would appeal to a potential homebuyer. This was a valuable experience for the company’s project managers because they learned about the real estate process and gained experience that would help them when consulting with future clients.
