At Prince & Sons, we are always excited about each project we complete, including this whole home remodel in the heart of Durham. With the design help from Sheila O’Rourke of the local design firm, Little Mangum Studio, we were able to transform a one-level, 2400+ square foot home and help a family forge their dream home.
The remodeling of this home featured a variety of renovations including a new kitchen, master bath, living room, laundry, foyer as well as two guest bathrooms. With the help of the design team, we completely changed the character and functionality of this home.

This project went extremely smoothly and we are already gearing up to work with the homeowners once more. The second phase of this project will consist of building a screened porch and deck addition this summer.
