We’ve changed many of our procedures throughout the pandemic including adjusting our COVID precautions to ensure that our employees, subcontractors and clients are as safe as possible. 

Recently we’ve started to leverage technology to offer additional options when reviewing estimates and designs with clients. We’re now able to utilize video conferencing to virtually meet with clients and designers to go over plans, estimates and designs to give our clients the individual attention they need, even if an in-person meeting is not possible.

There are several benefits to virtual meetings, a few of which we’ve included below:

• Not limited by geography – Whether you’re vacationing at the beach, or you have a designer that’s based somewhere else, virtual meetings can be a great way to connect people regardless of location. 
• View 3D designs – At Prince & Sons, we’re able to create detailed 3D designs that can give our clients a strong sense of what a finished project would actually look like. These designs can be shared during a video conference so that everyone can discuss changes and better understand the scope of a project. These designs are much easier to understand compared to traditional blueprints which are used by most general contractors.
• More engaging than phone calls – Unlike phone calls, virtual meetings allow our team to share interactive information to keep lines of communication open at all times.
• More efficient use of time – Rather than having to hop in the car and head to our office, video conferencing allows you to stay home and simply open up your laptop. While there are still definite benefits to in-person meetings, there are many instances where a virtual meeting can suffice.
